(crit ×3) plus extra damage equal to the soulbow's Wisdom

The specified target, and if it hits, deals 1d8 points of damage Medium soulbow materializes an arrow that speeds toward The bolt is identical in all ways (except visually) to anĪrrow shot from a composite longbow. The soulbow is a decent ranged fighter, and the Atavist is good for kalashater soulknives. The main problem with Soulbow is that the projectile is always fired from mundane longbow ( Complete Psionic, p36): If you are fighting undead, the Illumine Soul turns you into an excellent undead killer. Don't be afraid to take prestige classes.Use intelligence - like a wizard, you can prepare for certain foes with your mind blade enhancements, so do so.Or, just get in range and throw your mind-blade - it's just as effective as standing there and hitting someone. You can also make a decent skirmisher - get in, hit hard, withdraw, refocus, be ready to get in again. It's usually worth more to you to hit once a round with psychic strike (you can refocus it as a move action, remember) than to try and get in multiple strikes. You also can deliver very powerful first attacks, but not so good follow-ups, so forget the follow-ups. You have the skills to use Tumble, so use it. It will reduce some of your abilities but being able to manifest Force Screen and Inertial Armour or Offensive Precognition, along with the bonus feats make up for that and more. Dip a few levels of either psion or psychic warrior.Decide how your tactics will work and then focus in that direction with your feats. Psionic Body is a must, aligned attack is useful, Focused Mind Strike is good, Psionic Meditation also. Conventional combat feats are so-so, Power Attack is out because you really don't have the BAB to sustain it, although you can get some decent feats beyond it. Feats that amplify your classes strengths like the psychic strike are good.

The psionic weapon tree is a must, not for the extra damage (although that is nice) but for the Deep Impact feat that allows you to resolve a melee attack as a touch attack.
